Diversity, as it relates to thoughts, ideas, ethnicity, race, and a host of other areas, is the quintessential component part needed to establish a secrete nation. Amendment I of the United States geological formation states, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the allay exercise thereof or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a compensate of grievances. Through this simple statement made so many years ago, the founding fathers laid down not only the framework for the fundamental freedoms that Americans cherish, but also the foundation for establishing a diverse nation. You see, without diversity, there cannot be freedom, and without freedom, there cannot be America.   Since diversity is so vital for all free nations, it can also be said that diversity education is essential for the citizens of these nations.
